So much has been made and said over the past two weeks, that there isn't much left to be hashed-out. Despite all of his weirdness, strangeness, etc., he did have a huge impact on the music industry.Weezy and I must have sent 100 text messages while the memorial service was being held. We were in agreement that Jermaine's 'Smile' was very moving.
This moment will go down in the annals of pop culture. For our generation, it will be our Marilyn Monroe or Elvis Presley.
Like those two icons, MJ battled addiction, only to succumb to its hold and power.
Everyone has their own opinions, but I truly feel sorry for the child who lived as a man; and the man that died a child.

T-money. . . well after feeling so bad that no one read your MJ blog I decided to read it. You once again can put things in to words better than anyone. I loved your last line about the man who died as a child. I apologize for not reading it sooner.
