T. . . . .here is a little vermont update. We need to use this blog to keep each other informed of what is happening. We have settled into the Vermont which consists of reading, sleeping and some physical activities. Once you go through the withdrawls of no cell phone coverage and internet it becomes very relaxing. I have finally learned how to connect to the wireless so now I will be able to post. Frederick leaves on June 2nd to hike Mt. Ranier he will arrive in VT June 6th. We will have Dave come on Tuesday with his wood chipper to clear the trees that fell during the storm it will remind me of the movie Fargo. You sound like you are super busy give me updates. Now that I'm up running I will be able to post weekly. Let me know what with you.

So much has been made and said over the past two weeks, that there isn't much left to be hashed-out. Despite all of his weirdness, strangeness, etc., he did have a huge impact on the music industry.

Weezy and I must have sent 100 text messages while the memorial service was being held. We were in agreement that Jermaine's 'Smile' was very moving.

This moment will go down in the annals of pop culture. For our generation, it will be our Marilyn Monroe or Elvis Presley.

Like those two icons, MJ battled addiction, only to succumb to its hold and power.

Everyone has their own opinions, but I truly feel sorry for the child who lived as a man; and the man that died a child.

I don't even know if there is such a word as Auntzilla . . . . Today is wedding day which means the last few details in to place hence Auntzilla. I have been making my Dad and Frederick study the terrace of Ramscale on the computer so when they get out there today at 4 to put the lights up they will feel like they have seen it 100 times because of all the computer scouting: that is where Auntzilla comes into play! Rachel seems so relaxed stating she isn't nervous at all. She looks amazing and so excited. Last night was a super fun rehersal dinner at the Habana Outpost in Brooklyn. We have the wedding team all lined up to report to the venue at 4:00 for last minute touches. The guests arrive at 6:00 for a little cocktail hour, the ceremony starts at 6:30 with dinner to follow. T-Money and M-loo I will keep you posted. We may be doing a little blog. T we will have to do a talky when I return we have so much to process.

I'm super exhausted from my early morning Today Show activity. Seeing Adam Lambert and Kris Allen was super fun this morning. Adam lights up the crowd as soon as he appears has such a presence. Kris is very quiet and needs a spray tan. I can tell you they both can sing there butts off. I have been helping Kathleen and Dan answer phones at R-Family so that is why I look so official with my little headset. Matt Lauer isn't very friendly with the audience. . .maybe he is burned out, he may need a new job. Well T-money the next few days are quiet I don't have any more outings planned. I will be in my little neighborhood looking for Tim Gunn. Miss you T talk to you soon.

Yesterday was a big day for Coach A. . . . . I was texting from the dinner table last night which is a rule violation. The reason for the texting is the people sitting next to us having dinner: John Bonjovi, Richy Sambora and Kevin Bacon it was a super fun activity. Let me tell you they are all still very attractive men (even if they are the long haired girl bands). Another super highlight was meeting someone who's friends on facebook with Brian Boitano. I can't tell you how I wanted to write on his wall! He has some great skating pictures and I'm told he is a very nice man which made it more special. ...well, with Weezy hiding in bathroom stalls and painting the Big Apple red, I sit in darkness (lamp burnt out) at work, awaiting the next exciting text. I can comment that my choice from the beginning, Kris, won AI last night. I will certainly buy his first CD. He reminds me of a modern day James Taylor. Spring has finally sprung in Bozeman, thank god. Now, it's ball season and trying to keep 13 9-10 year-olds focused for two hours. We have, however, developed an outstanding 'Rally Bird' act. This entails the guys turning their ball caps inside-out, and flapping their wings while running down the third base line (i'll try to get video) for good luck. We're 1-4, but have the best rally bird routine in the Gallatin Valley.

Yes T-Money I'm actually blogging!!! I'm watching Idol, trying to pack for NYC, checking e-mail and now blogging. It has been a crazy few weeks and now I'm looking forward to getting on a plane heading to the city to finish the last minute plans for Rachel's wedding. It is always an adjustment ending the season thinking what I could have done differently etc. etc. What I need to work on for next year. It will be great to get out of Bozeman for a bit. I will certainly miss T-money but we will now be blogging everyday processing the days activities. Stay tune for wedding and NYC activities. I hope M-Loo checks in as well.

Goodness, it's been almost two months since our last post, and a lot has taking place in those sixty or so days, including part of downtown Bozeman exploding.

We are also happy to report that our favorite horse Mojo is back on four legs and doing well, waiting for summer weather to arrive.

T-Money and Weezy have a talkie in the works, but they want to look a little thinner for the camera, so they can back up their weight loss claims with physical evidence.

M-Loo is busy with the new job and traveling around the country. We expect a full-fledge report from her soon.

We've all been extremely busy, but want to get back to our BunkyTown ways.

Stay tuned for the next post. We promise it won't be long.

Hello Bunkytown. The prodigal daughter has returned home. Where to begin? Started my job on December 12th and absolutely love it. So happy to have returned to the working world (especially during these times....Thanks Bush...not!). End of December was definitely trying.....but like T-Money and Weezy always say..."I powered thru!!

This past week I have spent in the hospital with Tee (the guy I am dating.....or as Carrie Bradshaw would say my "MAN-FRIEND"...I feel like I am in high school when I say boyfriend..ugh!). He has diabetes and basically his foot got infected and they had to cut off the area around his 5th metatarsal. At least he still has the rest of his foot : )

My city league basketball team was crowned champs. My first city title ever, woohoo! Never had one in Bozeman.

Super miss everyone. Love you all. T & W....I have to come up there in the spring to see you...we got some talking to do.

Happy New Year. . . . . I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy New Year. The year ended with the Birthday party of Cheesy Mac last night. Yes my husband turned the big 50. For the last week we have had Cheesy's sisters here with there families. Spent the week at the 320 Ranch which was amazing. Lots of fellowship, family bonding, skiing, skating, sledding as wells as competitive game playing. It was nice to have Cheesy's family around he really had a great week with them all. The season will get underway in 2 weeks so there may be more topics with regards to MSU athletics. T-money and M-loo super Happy New Year. . . . . . .I wish for us to all get together in 2009. Lets power through another year!

Regular visitors to BunkyTown are well aware of my ordeal in regards to my Flip video camera.

For those that don't know, I lost the camera on our trip this summer to Minnesota, and had all but come to the realization that I'd never see it again.

Well, blow me down, but out of the clear blue last week there was a phone message from someone I have dubbed 'Fast Eddie.' He had found the Flip at the Old Spaghetti Factory (three months later) in downtown Minneapolis. It was about to be given to charity, but thanks to Fast Eddie, he plugged it into his computer, and through 41 different videos, put together my name and hometown, then Googled my info and placed a call.

My trust in America has been restored. Well, maybe the good-hearted people of the Land of 10,000 Lakes, at least.

So without further adieu, here are some snippets of my parent's 50th wedding anniversary from early August. Another talkie 'from the lake' will come later.

Tennis season is over for the fall and we had a super couple of months. The girls are really working hard on and off the court. Only one minor blip on the radar regarding a little Halloween Party which was crashed by some not so friendly Footballers as well as the police. Maybe we now can get some community service hours. . . . . just kidding. T-money you will be happy to know that WTen has finally posted some hours on the board.

PALIN’S $150,000 WARDROBE

The Republican National Committee spent about $150,000 on clothing, hair styling, makeup and other "campaign accessories" in September for the McCain campaign after Sarah Palin, the governor of Alaska, joined the ticket.

The expenses include $75,062 spent at Neiman Marcus in Minneapolis Minn., and $41,850 in St. Louis in early September. The committee also reported spending $4,100 for makeup and hair consulting. The expenses were first reported by Politico.com.

"With all of the important issues facing the country right now, it's remarkable that we're spending time talking about pantsuits and blouses," said McCain spokeswoman Tracey Schmitt, who has been traveling with Palin. "It was always the intent that the clothing go to a charitable purpose after the campaign."

In 2007, Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards sparked Internet derision and jokes from late-night TV comics after his campaign for the party's nomination paid for two $400 haircuts by a stylist from Beverly Hills, Calif. His campaign said the bill was paid by the campaign by mistake and that Edwards would reimburse the campaign.

T-Monies Take: It would take John Edwards 7.2 years of $400 haircuts to match what the republicans spent on Caribou Barbie! And yet they complain about Obama's warchest and the amount of $ spent on television ads. Well, maybe they should put their money elsewhere. It is quite evident that they are not good stewards with their funds.

Hang on gang, here we go! Those darn punch-drinkers are starting to turn into racist hatemongers. It's getting to the point where I just can't watch anything other than Matthews, Olbermann and Maddow.

I guess it goes to show how desperate people can become when being a Maverick, Lipstick Model and Beer Distributor just doesn't cut it with us Joe Six-Pack and Nancy Wine-Box Americans.

Did you see Cindy (the other woman) McCain get up in front of the Republican hordes and scold Obama for his war vote? What the ding-a-ling failed to mention was that her own angry husband also voted the same way in an earlier bill. She said it sent a 'chill down her back,' that Obama voted against (didn't mention the bill had no timeline) funding of the troops.

Honey, that chill was from kissing your husband or Sarah just flying in on her broom from Alaska.

Johnny Mac, the Palinator and Biltmore Barbie all together spouting lies. Here's an idea. You're trailing in the polls. Why don't you split up. You can cover more territory.

Okay, so the big event of the week is all said and done.

I know the majority of BunkyTown citizens support the Obama/Biden ticket; however, if by chance some of the 'punch drinkers' stumble upon this blog, please, please, please answer the following question as truthfully as possible.

Is Sarah Palin on the same level as Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, Roosevelt, or Kennedy?

Watching her last night was absolutely gut-wrenching. If she would've winked one more time, or said the word 'also' one more time, I might possibly have gone to St. Louis and wrapped the arch around her neck!

Did she say anything of substance? How many questions did she dodge? Is that a sign of a good debater or someone who doesn't know the issues?

Say it ain't so Joe, but she used the term Joe Six-Pack American. Well, that maybe true of the citizenry of Wasilla, but it certainly doesn't represent the people of BunkyTown, who enjoy their micro brews and glasses of wine.

Anyone else fall ill to her folksy delivery style? She is so full of herself and her cuteness, agghhhh!!!! I'm looking forward to Saturday Night Live and Tina Fey. No one can wink, point and make darn sur the American public knows about gotcha-journalism like Ms. Fey.

Plain and simple, Palin is a hick, a rube, a doof-wad. And, yes, here it comes...in my opinion...she makes Georgie II look like an absolute freaking genius.

On the other hand, Joe Biden knows what the heck is going on in the world and could step into the nation's top-spot and not miss a beat.

Picture Palin giving the State of the Union address. Do we truly want someone with an eye tremor representing our country, say, at a G-7 meeting?

The rest of the World is already laughing at us because of Georgie II. We have lost respect.

Our attention must go back to the top of the ticket- Obama/McCain. Based on their ability to pick a running mate, it is clear who offers the most hope and the best chance of getting our dignity back on a global scale.

Last week McCain suspended his campaign. Yesterday, they pulled up stakes in Michigan. Quitters never win.

And one last thought... last night, Palin said John McCain knows how to win wars.

The latest Republican move has Sarah 'She's Gonna Be Failin' Palin canceling her trip to San Francisco to fly to the other coast to meet with world leaders at the U.N. in New York. Hmmm. Leaving the hotbed of liberalism in the Bay Area to try and prove to the country, and potentially give us a new campaign ad, that she can handle foreign affairs.

John 'Walnuts' McCain picked her after a 15-minute interview, and, get ready for it- after meeting with world leaders for a day, she'll be more than qualified to be President- oops- Vice President. Afterall, she can see Russia from her house.

Please, please, please, if you're on the bubble stay away from the punch!

There is no doubt that John S. McCain is a great American and his service to the nation is much appreciated.

However, when are people going to wake up and figure out that the leader(s) of this country, at this time in history, need to offer HOPE.

Billions of dollars being sent to Iraq and the falling economy have us average joes worse off then eight years ago. That's certainly true in my case.

Like Barack hammers home every day, we need change.

Change is not a so-called Maverick and a lippy Hockey Mom shaking things up in St. Paul over the course of two days. Remember: McCain voted with Bush over 90 percent of the time. Ten percent is not change.

There is not one thing the McCain/Palin ticket has done to inspire me.

I have been around athletics for a long time and have heard many a coach say 'be a leader by example.'

What example has McCain and Palin set- and that is both in the political arena and their private life? And, yes, the private life is fair game if you are going to be the one deciding if my sons might be sent to war or if my daughter is going to get equal pay for equal work.

Sorry, Sarah Palin, but your leadership by example doesn't cut it with me. You should stop bagging moose, and pay attention to who is bagging your- enough said.

Here is a great picture of our friend Weezy all dressed up in her orange 'old school' life jacket on Lake Champlain this summer in Vermont.

Cheesy Mac was concerned for her well-being and did not want her falling overboard once the boat got up to full speed.

Being the visionary she is, Weezy now wants to train for the 2012 Olympics in London. Her event? Synchronized Diving.

Watching the Beijing Games has inspiried this former University of Utah student-athlete (Go Utes!) to reach for the stars, just like Dana Torres. So what if she'll be pushing the Big --.

Training will be easy for Weezy. The hard part will be trying to convince her to remove the life jacket prior to her first dive.

Funny story....I sent an email out a couple weeks back inviting people to my birthday party. I had it all planned out, food, location, time the whole nine. Then my family made an executive decision and told me they are doing my party and for me to just show up. You see, I have turned 33 and they still boss me around. What the heck? Anyway, I will be celebrating my bday @ Santa Monica Pier from 7-11pm. Every thursday in the summer SAMO Pier has free outdoor concerts and people hang out on the beach and picnic. Hopefully we will get some footage so I can try to upload it on our Bunkytown.

This will be my first birthday in about 15 years that I am not spending in a gym. Wow. Crazy. I will definitely blog about how the birthday goes. Go Cats.

Since the middle of May my life has pretty much been spent inside a car, traveling from one ball game to another. Then, when the season finished, I was again in a car 48-hours later on a 16-hour odyssey to Minnesota- my wife, two teenagers and a soon-to-be 10 year-old all jammed into the Yukon. Needless to say I have reached the point of no return. The above clip journals our travel. It even features the T-Money kids doing a little jig. It's been quite the adventure trying to get this uploaded. There was no sound available, so I don't know what is being said. More flips from the 50th anniversary and Big Fish Lake might have to wait until my return to the Gallatin Valley. I miss all of you, summer is coming to a quick halt!

Actually where is everyone! This is the first fall that T-money, M-Loo and myself aren't busy with processing V-Ball agenda items. It seems weird to be back and not have M-loo here and T-Money is off in the forests of Minnesota. My re-entry process lasted about 1 week. I have been being a team player at the office and getting all necessary paperwork in on time. Angela's sister (CB)is still a stickler for details etc. etc. Everytime I turn around we have more forms to fill out. But I'm doing them in a timely fashion. T and M-loo would be super impressed. I can't wait to have T-money back so we can start the season of processing. . . . M-loo I have some fun vball gossip. I will wait to here from T-money and M-loo.

Well tomorrow we will be leaving the Green Mountain State heading back to Bunkytown. I must say I'm having a hard time leaving here. It has been an amazing 2 1/2 months. My usual re-entry time is about 4 weeks. I just have a hard time getting back into the swing of things. There are so many coaching changes at work and of course the Volleyball season will be getting underway without our M-Loo. Maybe I will boycott the first season of the new coach. . . . I'm looking forward to being able to blog with T-Money. We will have so much catching up to do. Of course Mojo I have missed and can't wait to start riding again. It's quiet around the department. Lots of folks on vacation. The silence is a little depressing, and since missing the ol' gals, I called Specs and ordered my favorite.

Coach Carson stopped by, it's a little odd that he's back, but there is a nice comfort level in his return, although a little surreal. It feels like I've been turned back three years.

New vb coach has her door shut all of the time and it bugs the crap-noids out of me. What's up with the secrecy? God bless M-Loo's open-door policy.

B-Money slid horribly into home plate during practice last night. Had him at the doctor's office, but good news, no break. He's in for some tough love rehab. Hopefully, he can play in regionals this weekend in Boise. If not, maybe we'll give coach Marcel a yell. Not!

Coach Binford needs to have her baby. She knows it as well. She's helped fill the work place void in the absence of Weezy.

EJ is gone, some new dude from LSU is on his way in. Football turf is close to reality.

Funny thing, aerial fireworks are illegal in Carson, CA and is a felony if you get caught with them. So you would think all citizens in the area would try to abide by the law. Think again! In our neighborhood alone we had firework displays that would put Disneyland to shame.

It was my first time home on the 4th since 1993. Can someone tell me why my dad feels the need to have a bonfire when it is about 80 degrees out? And why do we think its safe for 3 years olds to hold sparklers in their hands (it is fire)?

The 4th definitely has a different feel depending on what region you are celebrating in. Normally in Bozeman it gets a bit cold at times and could rain or even snow. I could only imagine how it is in the northeast region. In the southwest it's hotter than heck and you can't really tell if you are hearing fireworks or gun fire.

Hi bloggers. . . . this is Weezy and I'm happy to say that we will be downloading a video of two of my favorite people in the world. Kathleen and ML Scott. They are super talented, funny and are loved by my family. I spent a week in New York and it was such a wonderful time it is hard to put the special moments into words. It was great to see so many of my brothers friends and spend time with them. We are off Thursday morning for Austin, Texas for the wedding of my niece Brit. I will be giving updates all weekend since I will finally have a wireless connection or DSL this dial up is killing us!

Last week we had a slew of graduations in the LA area. Let me tell you they are a tad bit different than a lot of other graduations I have attended in other states. For starters I can't remember the last time I have been to a graduation were the class was about 800 large. Oh and listening to speeches is optional. Mainly because you have about thousands of other speeches being screamed from the bleachers. Lets just say the graduations in LA are very "entertaining". I guess what else what you expect from "tinseltown".

This weekend I helped get 102 girls fastpitch games played. This video is some of the sites and sounds from the weekend (first try with the new flip). Little G-Money's team did well, including staging a two-out six run comeback in the bottom of the seventh. The tieing run was on third, but we couldn't get her in. The Bozeman Stealers are vastly improved, and are now competing with any team in the state.

Now, it's little B-Money's turn to play ball. He made the Bozeman All-Star team and now his travels begin!

The in-laws were here over the weekend. I think I might have said 30 words to each of them. Not because I consider them outlaws, but it was just the business of the tournament.

We got great publicity from the Chronicle. Two huge front page articles with color pictures and all. I think our program is on the map!

The W-Money is still unemployed, but looking.

I've been out of touch with reality television, so don't know what's going on, although I'll try to reconnect with The Bachelorette and Mole, tonight.

The one thing that did get to me last week was the passing of NBC's Tim Russert. He truly is one the last of a dying breed of newsmen that has integrity and unbridled professionalism.

Still haven't cracked in to the Corona box at the crash pad; however, that day is coming.

Vermont Update

Greetings from the Green Mountain State. It has been awhile since I have shared with family and friends about the activities up here. The reason we come here is that not much happens and it is very uneventful. Cheesy Mac continues to impove on his golf game. He just needs to figure out how to deal with the grounds crew and putting of course. I continue to stay in touch with the Lady Cats as well as riding. My current plan with riding is working on my position using my seat and legs no reins! Special K left on the 9th of June, Juniper and Zoe have not been the same they miss there third amigo. Cheesy's sister Amo has arrived so we are planning some fun projects ( first one) an herb garden around the flag pole. I'm heading to NYC tomorrow to see friends who are part of the family. T-money I hope you survive the softball weekend from hell. M-Loo please don't run off and get married! I will stay in touch.

Fashion, Glitz, New York, LA....fun! fun! fun! I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. To try and capture all the seasons into one full movie would seem impossible. Charlotte was so on point, Samantha deterred away from her normal self but then came right back to true form, Miranda continued right were she left off, and CARRIE! She definitely was on a roller coaster ride that seems all too familiar of a story to all women of the world. Why men have the ability to take us women for a crazy ride never seizes to amaze me.

I think the movie is refreshing and is enjoyable for both men and women. So go out and see Sex and the City and tell us what you think.

Where do I begin?

From DWTS, to the comedians "Laughing Samoans," Salsa lessons, remodeling projects, babysitting, Revlon 5k (race for the cure).....it's no wonder people here in LA are always on the move.

The latest event I attended was my cousins b-day party which was hosted at the infamous "Suave" located in Carson, CA. This watering hole is known to be a "polynesian hangout." Well, last week it was the Hollywood/Polynesian hangout. We had a few celebrities make an appearance at our hole in the wall joint. "Suave" will never be the same.

I was suppose to head out to another spot called Le Deux which is an "A" lister club but I partied way too much the night before.

The parents are back from Samoa and they love the remodel of the room. Now my next project with the parents is the kitchen....that will be a lot of work, ugh!

This upcoming weekend I will be attending a wedding in which I don't think I will know anybody. But by the end of the event I am sure I will know everyone in attendance. After a few glasses of wine anything's possible.

My next blog will be my critiques on the movie "Sex and the City." I am off to the Rolling Hills Plaza to check it out. So until then....Tofa Soifua.

According to Map Quest, it would take an individual 45 hours and 39 minutes to drive from Carson, Calif., to Burlington, VT - roughly 2,945 miles in total.

M-Loo, Weezy and T-Money did it in less than five seconds via a conference call routed through the Bozone, yesterday morning.

With M-Loo being AWOL, the senior members of the blog had to take action.

What we found out:

1) M-Loo was at the Dancing with the Stars finale` and reported the professional male dancers stood 5-feet-2 or shorter. Kristi Yamaguchi is extremely flexible. And, what Weezy has been preaching for weeks- Jason Taylor is a fine looking man. She sat in the balcony above the judges.

2) M-Loo's bedroom is her parent's family room, which she shares with 20 individuals on any given day.

3) M-Loo wet herself at a Samoan comedy club.

4) M-Loo is taking Salsa lessons with cousin Vinny (of dip fame). And, no big surprise here, she leads, much to the dismay of her male counterparts.

5) M-Loo is giving Bob Villa a run for his money.

6) LA is a wild and whacky kind of town...

The White House calls McClellan ‘disgruntled.’

I have become addicted to CMT’s (Country Music Television) ‘Can You Duet.’ The main judge is Naomi Judd, along with some country bumpkin’ with a twangy accent and some dude with bad hair- please cut your bangs.

I’m not a fan of country music, but these twosomes are talented, possess a little southern rock, and harmonize very well.

I haven’t figure out the new Bachelorette. The guys are strange, especially the snowboarder, who she seems to like. I know I swore off the show after the last round, but again, an addiction.

Maybe I need an intervention.

Two more days until the wife is fully unemployed. If you hear of something in the Bozone, let me know.

Fastpitch takes us to Butte this weekend, while B-Rad has ball practice here on Saturday. Torn in two directions.

Oldest Memorial Day Parade

Greetings from Vermont! Just a quick update from the green mountain state. Yesterday we went to the oldest memorial parade in the country in Vergennes, Vermont. It was super. I can tell you that in the state of Vermont the music programs in the schools are thriving. The parade had 11 bands from 6th through 12th grade.

We are having a super time. . . . doing projects and continuing with the summer of fitness. My dad's activities consist of walking the dogs twice a day, doing windows and napping. My activites include watching Imus, riding, the gym and last but certainly not least working. With work I just change locations.

If Big Brown is cleared to run in the Belmont I will be heading down to see our next triple crown winner. I love horses and even though I don't agree with the sport running horses at such a young age the opportunity to see a horse so strong actually win the triple crown is a once in a lifetime event.

T-money I look forward to hearing the scoop around the office as well as the Bozeman Stealers updates. M-loo has fallen off the map once again but I know that she will surface with many exciting stories. I just hope she hasn't run off and got married on the Island!

Well, it's almost official. William Jefferson Clinton will be in Bozeman on Saturday campaigning for Hillary. I wish she would come to the fieldhouse, but I guess I can settle for a former president.

David Cook wins American Idol. Go back and look at the talkys and you'll see my prediction was spot on. He is a lot more marketable. However, it will be interesting to see what the future holds for David Archuletta.

We had communication from M-Loo yesterday, and she says a post is coming. I'll believe it when I read it (slap on the forehead).

Wow, I don't even know where to start. My oldest and I went to the Obama rally last night in Montana State's fieldhouse. I learned a lot of things:

1) In comparison to the rest of the crowd, I certainly lean more to the middle (a moderate). Of the 7,000 people that jammed the gym, I recognized only one.

2) Far left liberals ride bikes.

3) Obama is one smooth orator. The guy can communicate. He was refreshing and uplifting

4) Far left liberals are smelly.

5) Obama has my vote. I'm sick of the establishment on both the republican or democratic side. I think he can unite and actually make changes in the world.

The Drive Cross Country

Greetings from the Green Mountain State. . . . We have finally made it. Driving an average of 500 miles a day, seeing relatives after 20 years, driving through 9 states and 1 country we have finally made it to Vermont! It was an amazing trip and so much fun for me and my dad to make it together. We had many highlights but my dad seeing his two cousins that he hasn't seen for 20 years was the best. It was great to put some pieces of the puzzle together with some family history. I feel very fortunate to have made the drive with my dad. We take so many things for granted in this day & age that it was nice to have some reflection and get grounded about what is really important in life. It is interesting that the older we get the more we look back and the young are always looking forward.

The T-Money's had a very busy weekend filled with a lot of fastpitch softball in Weezy's hometown of Great Falls. Montana, which has been blitzed with rain and snow all spring, finally got a reprieve this weekend with 80-90 degree weather and sunny skies. The Stealers went 1-5 on the weekend, winning the season opener in their spiffy new uniforms over the Calgary Rockies. We rule Canada, eh!

If you can stay away from spending an evening in a confined hotel room with three kids, two being teenagers, I would highly recommend it.

A quick Weezy update. Through the power of texting, I've followed her from Billings, Mont., Murdoch, S.D., Madison, Wisc., and the latest Niagara Falls. She is heading to the Green Mountain State with 'Special K' (Ed).

Nothing from M-Loo since running with Halle Berry. What's up with that? Here she is hob-knobbing with famous people and we get squat. It might be time for a smack on the forehead.

My exciting news-- Sen. Barack Obama is in Bozeman tonight, appearing in the fieldhouse where Weezy and I (and formerly M-Loo) work. After dropping off my little one (not so litle) at school, I went past Obama headquarters, stood in line and got two of the last 30 tickets.

Ok I have finally had enough of the Bachelor. I long for the days of Trista and Ryan but last nights episode put me over the edge. It was fake nothing sincere about any of it. The bachelor picked the 22 year old actress want-a-be. . . . they both get what they deserve 15 minutes of fame and the bachelors visa extended! T-money's wife stopped watching the Bachelor awhile ago and I'm thinking of joining her. Dancing with the Stars was once again uneventful. The judges are trying to put the positive spin on the remaining contestants but it is difficult. Kristi will win hands down she is by far the most talented. As my friend Ging said Cheryl and Cristian ruined the Dave Matthews song. Marissa needs to have a wardrobe make-over, Jason as always amazing to look at. Thank goodness it will be over soon and I can go back to reading on Monday nights. . . . . .

Another year has come to an end and time to say farewell to seniors. There are four seniors this year, a great group of young ladies. I will be very sad to see them go however they're all off this summer taking on new challenges: olympic training center intern, state farm intern in Washington, teaching young students the art of acting and fellowship , last but not least returning back to her native country bringing some american traditions! A celebration weekend of graduation plus family and friends arrive for festivities.

Monday night's quarterfinals Dancing With the Stars, and you would've thought it was rookie night. They were all bad.

It seemed more like a costume competition then a dancing competition. Someone needs to remind Edyta (pictured) that this isn't a Vegas strip club, and what's with all the open shirts for the guys?

Marissa needs to tryout for the new No No Nanette and give Rosie a run for her money.

Cristian needs to stop whining about his injury; Mario is unforgettable; Jason is gorgeous and a spectacular looking man who frustrates Bruno; and Kristi is always great- although she could've used a plucking last night.

Our prediction, and this is Weezy and T-Money reporting, is that Marissa will get the boot.

Behind every politician is a strong mother. Rose Kennedy, Lillian Carter, to name a few

Obama’s mama had a life like no other. A teenage bride, followed by a divorce or two. She went on to earn a doctorate degree, studying aboard, leaving Barack to be raised by another.

Yet, she instilled in him, a desire too. A strong, independent woman, she worked hard, a white lady going through life with the sisters and brothers. And finally, a late diagnosis, the cancer she couldn’t recover.

She’d be proud, her son, a black man on the brink of history. Knowing he had taken what she taught him about the Land of the Free.

He’s walked in our shoes and has risen through the ranks, and on Election Day we can give him thanks. The Democrats have a tough decision to make; either Barack or Hillary will be smitten. It’s a win, win situation, good riddance to Bush, welcome President Obama or Clinton.

The war must end, too many lives have been lost- Mission Accomplished- whatever the cost.

Mother’s teach life’s hardest lessons, and are close in spirit when we call in need. Just like Obama’s mama, we can all bloom, if only you water the seed.

Sadness at the Kentucky Derby

Millions of people watched the 134th running of the Kentucky Derby today. Most of us watch 3 horse races a year and even though we might not be involved in the horse world there is something beautiful about seeing them run and give it their all. Today was such a day for Eight Belles. She came out of the gate and was working so hard giving her all to the sport only to have a tragic ending for such a young beautiful horse.

Was it a freak accident or is the world of horse racing becoming to strenuous on these beautiful animals.

You don't have to own a horse or be involved in the horse world to feel a saddness today about the loss of Eight Belles who was giving her all and like many animals just want to make their owners happy.

I will make this blog short and sweet. I want to give a special shout out to T-money, M-Loo, ML Scott, Gregg K, Rachel and of course my family & Coach Mac without you I would not have made it through the year I love you all.

My meeting with the head honchos went well. When truth is on your side life is a bit easier. They were very understanding and supportive about the women's team staying at a different hotel location for the conference tournament. How about women's tennis going 13-6 this year. Plus two of my players on the First Team All Conference. Go Cats!

Today at my riding lesson we used a head set which was very entertaining. My instructor has been in my head all day. Coach A's first horse show is May 10th. I have the best instructor and I'm slowly understanding the horse world.

I will be giving updates on my favorite topics in the up coming week: Grey's Anatomy, Dancing with the Stars and Bachelor. Those of you who don't know my favorite channel is RFD-TV the farm and horse channel.

I just asked my husband how to spell Anatomy and he snapped at me saying will you ever learn how to use spell check! So if it is spelled wrong I will have spell checked master by next blog entry.

I'm excited to go to Vermont for the summer. My dad and I will be traveling cross country. We will be leaving May 16 we have a few special stops on the way stay tuned.

The Final Four

American Idol is down to the Final Four, three of which have a legit shot at the title.

In my opinion, the odd person out (and I use that term with all sincerity) is Jason Castro. He has a creepy voice and reminds me of Minnie Driver.

Thank goodness Brooke got the boot, how can you be an idol and not know the lyrics to songs we hear in the elevator everyday. Did you notice she screwed up the words in her 'goodbye' song.

The remaining three (Syesha Mercado, David Cook, David Archuleta) are all very solid and each have a strong fan base. My feeling is that it will come down to a battle of the Davids. AI has to have one of them win to make up for the Taylor Hicks fiasco. Is he still singing at car shows?

However, don't count out, as Paula says, s-YES-ha. She is a diva in the making.

My prediction, she is gone next week.

M-Loo No Longer M.I.A.

Oh good hell, we're getting charged by the word M-Loo!

It's been a whirlwind since I have made the move back to LA. The first week back I ran into Pau Gasol, Mark Cuban, and the infamous Talon (from Laguna Beach) @ my favorite sushi joint in Hollywood "Geisha House."

I went to a concert in Long Beach (club called Hush) that featured all polynesian groups. Celebrated my younger brothers 31st birthday and later went to Crash Mansion in LA for a reggae concert that featured a guy by the name of "Luciano" (had no idea who he was but apparently is a big time reggae guy).

Headed down to San Diego to celebrate my cousins 31st birthday....went to the "Air Condition Lounge" aka "A.C. Lizzy" and we definitely shut that place down. Headed out to another reggae concert at a club called "The Vault" which is located in Long Beach.

My uncle had a grand opening for his restaraunt that is located in Downey, CA and called "Alo'ohana". Great food if ever in the area. Just recently went to Sacramento to check out my bestest girlfriend Weezy.

I have been babysitting, acting as the chef of my mother's house, and playing Bob Villa with cousin Vinny; brother Geno and cousin Kalepo. I'm loving the 24 hour fitness gyms in the area (what a concept to be opened all the time). I have attended nieces and nephews athletic events which is very enjoyable when you don't have to coach it.....who would've thought??!!??

Oh and for those who are curious I have been dating too. The social life curve has gone through the roof since the move. I guess Coach Mac was right.....I had to move to a metro area in order for anything to happen in my social life.

In the beginning...

Getting up and running was the easy part. Figuring out how to use all the bells and whistles is another story, especially for a couple of fossils.

Now, it's time to begin the journey.

T-Money's wife has had enough. No, it's not what you're thinking. She is over her manager at her place of employment and walked out this morning. Thus begins another chapter in the life of T-Money. He's already requested that the five of them move in to Weezy's basement, creepy-crawlys and all.

Weezy is in hot water, as well! Being the non-conformist, she has rattled a few nerves at the league office. She has a meeting with the head honchos tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. Stay tuned. Could there be a fine for looking after the welfare of her athletes?

M-Loo is unavailable, probably in the LA traffic or at a step class with the cousin. Oh yes she did!

We're working on the high-end tekkie stuff and will soon be going toe-to-toe with rosie.com!

Today marks the new adventures of T-Money, Weezy and M-Loo who have worked side-by-side in the athletics arena for the past eight years or so. Unfortunately, we lost M-Loo to Los Angeles. And, while things just aren't the same, we remain close friends who like to have rather 'frank' discussions on the world as it happens before our eyes. We have some interesting connections, and we usually stumble onto a myriad of topics, most amazingly in which we find ourselves in the middle.
